Planned Maintenance
A key part of our service is to ensure there is a schedule in place for all of our blocks or groups of properties for planned maintenance. We ensure that the buildings are inspected regularly so we can identify any areas that need attention. This may be autumn/ winter clearance of gutters and drains; decoration to external doors, windows and other paintwork; lift maintenance; scheduled servicing of alarm and door entry systems and much more. By having a clear schedule of maintenance works we can keep our buildings in top shape for the benefit of tenants and landlords alike.
